3 Gedanken zu “about 1 oz silver art bar

  1. I bought this to add Flavored syrup and milk into my tea and coffee for that extra boost .the large cup is a hole shot and the other side is a jigger .depending on how much flavor I want . it is a very solid and good looking piece to my coffee set . it can also be used as a shot glass if your into that sort of thing and for cocktail use .

  2. This item would be a 5 star had the larger jigger actually held a measurable unit. The bottom half holds a perfect 1oz, the top sits somewhere randomly between 1 3/4 oz and 2oz but not really a usuable size.I will probably take this to a belt sander to get it to hold 1 3/4oz as the wieght and ergonomics are perfect behind the bar. This jigger makes it very difficult to spill!I get complements all the time on its aesthetics, so I would order more if I could guarantee a consistent unit on both sides of the jigger.Bottom line, if precise measuring is not important, this is a fantastic product. Hopefully mine was a fluke.

  3. I love this item. It is much nicer than I expected, and has the appearance and feel of a hand made item. In terms of measurement, the small side is exactly one ounce when filled to the brim. The large side completely filled is about 1.8 oz. This does make this jigger somewhat difficult to use for exact measurements, however I was able to solve this issue by using my Dremel tool to scribe lines at .5 and .75 oz on the small side, and at .75, 1, and 1.5 oz on the large side (see picture). While it is somewhat annoying to have to work on a brand new item, the classy appearance and feel of this miniature chalice was worth the small effort it took to turn it into a useful bar tool.
