about art supplies

Thanks for look art supplies . What is art? It’s some of those subjects that maybe most of us won’t come completely in contract with. There are generally pieces of art that defy the creativity and catch your center, and sometimes there is art and art supplies where we stand straight back and look and question what it’s all about.

Art is personal, as personal as every one of us. But the reality is whatsoever an artist provides is art but it really comes down to if the masses take it or reject it. Here more about art supplies :

9 Gedanken zu “about art supplies

  1. I am a beginner at pastels and didn’t want to invest a fortune until I was sure it would be something I would enjoy.I do. And I enjoy these pastels. My teacher was happy with the quality of both the paper and the pastels I chose from Amazon and is considering buying both for the classes she teaches in public schools. If I ever ‚advance‘ to higher quality products, I will be sure to compare them.I did upload my first picture in case of curiosity!

  2. I just got it and the colors are very nice! For 50 of them for only $6 is probably the best deal (for this quality) I have found. The day before I saw these, I went to a local art store (Jerry’s Artarama) and oil pastels were too expensive. I am also a beginner so I wasn’t going to spend $50 on only a 25 set. So I am super happy I found these :]]] Just look at some of the colors!

  3. I very rarely write negative reviews, but $27 was too much by about $20 for this product. The art supplies are the cheapest you can imagine, and the box itself literally fell apart the very first time we unlatched the front to open it up. Half the crayons were stuck behind the bottom drawer. The packaging was minimal at best. My artistic daughter was very disappointed, and so was I. Do not waste your money on this product and get sucked in by the numbers; the Frozen art set from Crayola that I got for my other daughter was well worth the money if you are looking for an awesome art set.

  4. When I opened the the box and tried to open the bottom drawer which contained the crayons it was jammed. I assume this was caused by the transfer during shipping. Now the crayons have become lodged in the drawer, damaging some of them. Forcing me to apply pressure to force open the drawer. When the drawer finally released the crayons went everywhere.I took photos of the incident and would like to send them but don’t see a place to do so. Thank you.

  5. It is a great kit! I got this as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, and she loved it! It has almost everything that an artist needs, which is very cool. However, just know that it may not be 100% exactly like the product in the picture. The colored pencils I received were entirely different from the original, and it seems the colors in the palette vary a bit too! That wasn’t much of an issue for me though, I still think its a great product!

  6. These pens work well for the price point but are not for me. The ink appears to be a light black/dark grey color. I prefer inks that are a darker, midnight black color for my pen and ink creations.**Though this is an honest review I was not given this pen set in return for an honest review. I did purchase this pen set and did not attempt to return it to the company because my issue with these pens is a personal preference. Instead I passed them forward to someone who doesn’t mind creating with lighter ink colors.

  7. I’ll make this really simple. I’m torn between rating these 2 stars Or 3 stars.. more like 2.5 stars but I’m including shipping time and the order of the pens as a whole. I was so excited to receive these because of the great selection of sizes in this set but quickly realized upon use that they are not what I had expected. You get what you pay for.The actual product review including pics:PROS:*great selection of fineliners in set. One for every need when using to fineline.. or creating black lines for your art.* They dry super quick (also a con)* they don’t seem to bleed.* good starter set for a newbie perhaps or kids or just to have on hand for backup, these are nowhere even near crafting grade or student grade.* cheap, fast shipping, free with primeCONS:* actual ink/ pigment is not as dark. The pigment lay down is spotty, sparse and drier than I’d like. With the smaller pens (nibs) are extremely delicate and I had to go over it several times to even out the lines.* these pens will not last long. Just using them to create a visual of the quality and sizes I could tell immediately they were dry, the nibs more delicate or cheaper if you will..the ink flow is unpredictable, sparse and spotty at best* the brush marker has a very soft brush. It’s actually horrible.. you can’t control the pigment lay down, actually you can’t control the brush itself. It might only be good for coloring in an area of black. I had trouble even writing with it to create the chart. It too will dry out quickly. In conclusion:I will not purchase again. However, I have not used them in my art yet. I’ll update my review if I decide that they indeed better than originally thought. I’m not sure if I’ll risk using them in an actual piece, I’m afraid they’ll muck it up to be honest. I’m including a pic of these liners vs. a name brand liner. You’ll see the difference. I hope I’ve been helpful to anyone considering these either way. If you are needing a good set for a more polished, finished look…invest in something else. You cannot sketch with these either, they are just to dry. If it wasn’t a mess, I’d probably return. The second pic I’ve posted with my review shows the quality difference between this set and spectrum noir.Note: I paid the same amount using a 40% off coupon at Michael’s for the spectrum noir
